2. Payment & Billing If you purchase a service:
Payment is due in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed
All fees are clearly stated before any billing
Ongoing support or hosting fees (if applicable) will be communicated upfront
We do not offer refunds for completed builds, digital assets, or systems delivered unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Free Audits Our free audit includes an evaluation of your business’s current lead response and automation workflow. Submission of an audit form does not establish a service agreement or guarantee future work.
4. Client Responsibilities
By working with us, you agree to:
Provide accurate business information during the audit or onboarding process
Respond in a timely manner during the build or revision process
Use our systems ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws (especially regarding SMS/email communications and data handling)
5. System Ownership
Once full payment is made:
You own the automation workflows, forms, and chatbot scripts we build for you
We retain the right to showcase general, non-sensitive system structure for portfolio or case study use unless you request otherwise
6. Communication
We communicate primarily via SMS, and approved platforms (e.g. SMS, HighLevel, Zapier, etc.). You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any project in progress due to:
Inappropriate behavior
Non-payment
Repeated delays or lack of communication
If work has begun and a project is terminated early by the client, a partial payment may be retained to cover time invested.
